CHECK THE TEMPERATURE

The ideal temperature for your shower water is warm or cool, and not hot. A shower of no more than 40 degrees Celsius can help your skin keep working at its healthy best.

USE A SPONGE OR POOF

Applying shower cream to a sponge or poof can help to distribute the gel more evenly and economically, without damaging delicate skin.
